Monday, June 24, 2013. So much has changed in my life in such a short span of time. and getting acclimated took a little longer than I imagined it would. I still feel like a stranger in a brand new unfamiliar area, but getting better at finding my way around each day. So many exciting new places to explore! 8230;Eggplant Lasagna.

Friday, May 15, 2015. I absolutely love kitchen gadgets and have. More than i can realistically fit in my kitchen. Things like ice cream makers, popsicle molds, my industrial sized. Food processor, popcorn maker, salad spinner, garlic press and the like. Line my shelves and make my cupboards jam packed. We honestly barely have room for tupperware! My new favorite gadget was a gift from a dear family. And twists and cuts it into spaghetti-like strings.

I love this time of year. Have you ever had to repeat something so many times that you would just rather stab yourself in the eye with a dirty needle then say it one more time? I loathe repeating myself over and over again. I feel like I am constantly repeating that, and it is getting so very old. Do you know how annoying it is when I have to explain it over and over? Once again, I have Lupus.
